AMERIPEN Welcomes New Membership and Policy Director
February 1, 2022 (St. Paul, MN) — “AMERIPEN is pleased to announce that Rob Keith has accepted the position of membership and policy director. Rob’s background includes over a decade of experience in membership and government affairs at various non-profits and industry trade associations.
“Rob most recently served as member services manager at the American Sportfishing Association where he was the primary advocate within the organization for more than 100 retailers in the sportfishing industry and acted as their chief liaison to ASA’s government affairs team. Prior to that, Rob was a government relations program associate at The Wilderness Society where he handled bill tracking and analysis for the Society’s lobbying staff and regional directors and managed communications for their government relations department.
“Rob is equally experienced in and passionate about trade association membership and public policy issues and needs and believes the best path forward for AMERIPEN lies in the intersection of those,” says AMERIPEN Executive Director Dan Felton. “As AMERIPEN continues to see significant growth in its membership and an increase in state and federal policy proposals impacting packaging, Rob’s experience and skills will continue our success and give additional shape to our vision.”
